For good or ill, our voice is a crucial part of how we present ourselves to others – and how they perceive us. Jacquie’s experience and credentials in the world of voice are impressive.

As an actor she spent 26 years working in theatre, TV, and radio. Her extensive teaching experience includes Academy appointments in Glasgow, Birmingham & Gloucester.

Organisations worked with: Fidelity Finance, LloydsTSB; Manieri Diagnostics; The Royal Shakespeare Company; The Royal National Theatre; New College, Oxford, and Oxford School of Drama. .

As a free-lance coach she works with those for whom vocal communication is a main resource, at all times focusing on the individual's needs. Clients include: call centre and customer service staff  having to deal with awkward customers and complex issues; inexperienced managers trying to make an impact in their new role; senior professionals wanting to make themselves heard in strategic debates; actors needing to refresh technique or prepare for auditions.
