Sheena Loveday

Sheena has worked in Management Development since 1989 and founded K2 Management Development in 1996. 

She has just completed a project designed to help team leaders in a department of the Home Office to improve the performance of their teams, and to enable senior managers to provide the support needed for that to happen.  The result was an increase in output of 50% with no loss of staff.

Earlier projects covered a wide range of activities - executive coaching, personal development, process improvement, facilitator training, and using the outdoors to help project and programme leaders to motivate their teams.

 


She managed and delivered the Personal Development Programme for senior executives in Marks and Spencer, and ran a similar programme for BBC Wales.

Though her work is important to her, family matters too, and she values a balance between work and life!
