Motor Sport: Formula One team break speed record.
This month we will be working with the management of a Formula One motorsport team. They have asked us to give them an introduction to the MBTI in fifteen minutes. (Does that include pitstops?)

Personal Development Programme now available in three-day format.
In July we piloted a three-day programme for those people wanting to increase their personal and managerial effectiveness, but who couldn't afford the time for our normal 4-day course. We're glad to report that managers, as well as participants themselves, have given really positive feedback; with comments like "greater confidence", "more relaxed," "more assertive" and -above all- "more effective." To us, this post-course follow-up has indicated that it did 'just what it said on the tin'.

Management Consultant faces awkward questions from wife.
Part of our work involves individual (or one-on-one ) coaching. Simon's last two assignments are currently on hold because the individuals being coached have taken maternity leave. Simon is not issuing any comments!

Shock Announcement: Good news about the British
We are currently preparing a teamwork training event for a European business which raises funds for charities. The German and Austrian team leaders were finding that their style did not work well with English team members. When they looked into the motivation for young people (18-25) to join the business, they found that on the Continent it was overwhelmingly for the money; but in Britain, it was because they believed in the cause for which they were raising money.
Nice to know that!

This month's K2 Lead Balloon Award
