Simon Loveday - Leadership
Development, Team Building and Individual Coaching.
After a number of years in University
Modern Languages – first teaching and lecturing (University of East
Anglia, then Oxford), then managing in a department of Oxford
University – I moved into consulting in 1988 and set up my own
practice in 1994. Sheena and I put our businesses together in 1997.
My focus is on helping clients to identify where the problems are –
and supporting them to find and implement solutions. In most cases
this is face-to-face work with individuals and groups, but I also
write profiles based on 360° feedback.
I have worked in large organisations (British Airways, Texaco, BAe)
and small ones, in the public and the private sector, in charities
(Oxfam, Red R) and former utilities (Yorkshire Water).
I am an experienced user of psychometric instruments, including the
MBTI, and for some years edited Typeface, the MBTI Users’ Journal.
I also work in Europe using
both French and German.
