Sheena Loveday - Management
Consulting and Self-Directed Learning.
After a variety of jobs, including time
working for the BBC and running my own smallholding, I joined Mosaic
Management Consulting Group in 1989 and moved on to Touche Ross in
1993. I left to set up K2 in 1996.
I work in all aspects of personal and managerial effectiveness –
helping managers to get the best out of the people who work for
them. I have worked at Director level in a number of organisations
(BUPA, Dalgety, BBC Wales) and have experience of both public and
private sector organisations.
I am particularly interested in using
360° feedback to help people
to understand their impact on others and explore how it affects
their behaviour. My work focuses on process rather than content, and
is based on self-directed learning.
Though my work is important to me, my family matters too and I value
keeping a balance between work and life.
